HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer FREE standard U.S shipping on orders of $50 or more. Or $8.99 for orders $49.99 and under.
International orders: FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more. Or $8.99 for $49.99 and under.
Most of our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing. You will only be charged one shipping fee per order.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order status by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at info@annakayandco.com to check the status of your order.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers, where we will ship your items within 3 - 5 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
- USA and Canada 2- 3 weeks (Approximately 10-14 business days) after the order has been confirmed shipped.
- International orders 2 -4 weeks, depending on the country. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact us at info(at)annakayandco.com for further assistance.
DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY?
Anna Kay and Company, LLC and it's partner vendors successfully ship merchandise worldwide. We have many happy customers in many corners around the world! Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.
I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE?
Since we ship from multiple warehouses around the globe, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
There have been few circumstances were items from different vendors are combined. An updated tracking number is provided when that happens.
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Extended Return Policy:
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Merchandise may be returned for store credit only (in form of an e-gift code). Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and must be returned in the original packaging within the 30 day return period. Once your return is received, you will be emailed a store credit within 3-5 business days. Jewelry, Swimwear and under garments are not eligible for return.
