Gone are the days of e-gift cards and discount code workarounds! Anna Kay & Co. now issues store credit directly through Shopify, making your returns seamless:

Store credit is linked to your customer account, not transferable.

Use store credit online at checkout (via Shop Pay login) or in person with Shopify POS.

Credits can include expiration dates and are tracked in your account for transparency.

You’ll see your store credit balance and history in your customer profile.
By choosing store credit for returns, we keep funds circulating in your account while helping you get the perfect item next time. Customers often spend more than their credit amount, creating even more value for your shopping experience!

Jewelry: Non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
We cover all return shipping for:

Incorrect size, color, or item shipped
Submit photos and details via our Returns Center for a free prepaid label (US orders).
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items.

Swimwear Exchange Exception
We will exchange swimwear only if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not issue refunds for carrier shipping delays (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), but we may be able to help file claims for insured orders.

For International Customers:

No free return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Orders: We will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please attach photos in the return center here http://annakayandco.returnscenter.com

Store Credit Only: Refunds will be issued as store credit in your local currency equivalent, redeemable online at checkout.

Exchanges: Due to high shipping costs, we currently cannot process direct exchanges for international orders. We recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order.
