Shipping policy

At Anna Kay & Co., we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely, wherever you are in the world. Below is everything you need to know about shipping rates, timelines, and tracking.

Shipping Costs

U.S. & Canada:

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $50+.

  • $8.99 Flat Rate for orders $49.99 and under.

  • Import Duties & Fees*:  All import duties and fees are already included in your product pricing. U.S. customers will not face additional charges at delivery. This does not apply to Canada.

International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)

  • FREE Standard Shipping on orders $50+.

  • $18.99 Flat Rate for orders $49.99 and under.

  • Import Duties & Fees: Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and fees charged by their country at delivery. These are not included in your purchase price.

  • Most items are shipped separately unless you order two or more of the same item.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • After processing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Because we work with multiple warehouses, your items may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—there’s no extra cost, and all items will be delivered.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • U.S. & Canada: Approximately 2–3 weeks (10–14 business days) after your order is shipped.

  • International: Approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on customs and location.

International Customers (Outside of the U.S.)

  • We ship worldwide!

  • Some countries may have restricted shipping; if we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll contact you right away.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: These fees vary by country and are not included in your purchase price. Customers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees at delivery.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

  • For orders shipping in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers when applicable.

Order Changes

  • If you entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size/variant, email info(at) annakayandco.com immediately or use the chat feature for immediate attention.

  • We’ll do our best to adjust your order, but changes aren’t guaranteed once your order enters processing.

Privacy & Security

  • We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information.

  • Your credit card details are used only to complete your purchase and are never stored on our servers.
