HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? You can track your order status by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly email@example.com check the status of your order.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 3 - 7 business days. Below are the expected delivery times.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Due to COVID- 19 and unforeseen logistical issues faced by the ecommerce industry. Shipping timelines have been extended from (10-14 business days to 14-20 business days).
USA and Canada 3- 4 weeks (Approximately 14-20 business days) after the order has been confirmed shipped.

DO YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS INTERNATIONALLY? Anna Kay and Company, LLC and it's partner vendors successfully ship merchandise worldwide. We have many happy customers in many corners around the world!Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.
I'VE PLACED AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS RECENTLY, CAN I COMBINE THEM INTO ONE PACKAGE? Since we ship from multiple warehouses around the globe, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.
There have been few circumstances were items from different vendors are combined. An updated tracking number is provided when that happens.
I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT? If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

Extended Return Policy:
Items can be returned within30 daysfrom the delivery date. Merchandise may be returned forstore credit only (in form of an e-gift code). Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and must be returned in the original packaging within the 30 day return period. Once your return is received, you will be emailed a store credit within 3 business days. Jewelry and Swimwear are not eligible for return.
